ON SITE GROUP BOOKING INFORMATION WHAT'S INCLUDED: ✔ All clay, tools and materials supplied ✔ Aprons provided ✔ Step-by-step instruction ✔ Firing and glazing of your finished pieces ✔ Tea and coffee available ✔ BYO drinks and nibbles welcome WORKSHOPS AVAILABLE: Travel Mug (no handle) - $80pp Mug Making Workshop – $90pp Platter & Dip Bowl Workshop – $110pp Play with Clay Workshop – $90pp 12 Christmas Ornaments - $70pp PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS: • Minimum 10 people • Maximum 25 people • Perfect for birthdays, hens parties, social groups, corporate events, family gatherings and Airbnb guests • Exclusive use of the studio for your group YOUR PIECES: After the workshop, I'll carefully dry, fire and glaze your creations. Your finished pottery will be ready for collection approximately 3–5 weeks later. OFF SITE GROUP BOOKING INFORMATION Would you prefer me to come to you? Off-site pottery workshops are available throughout the Hunter Region and Central Coast. A travel fee applies to all off-site bookings, with the fee varying depending on your location. For groups of more than 25 participants, you'll need to provide a suitable venue that can comfortably accommodate both your guests and the workshop setup. The venue must have sufficient tables and chairs for every participant, as these are not supplied by Clay in the Shed. NEWCASTLE VENUE OPTION If you're looking for a venue in Newcastle, I also offer private group workshops at Foghorn Brewery on King Street. Please note: Workshops at this venue are available 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm only. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Food and beverages can be purchased directly from Foghorn Brewery during your event. If you're interested in an off-site workshop or would like to discuss the best option for your group, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'd be happy to answer any questions and help you plan a memorable pottery experience. To book your preferred date and time, please complete the booking form provided. A $200 space hire fee is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Final guest numbers and the remaining balance are due 7 days prior to your workshop date. Cancellation Policy
1. General Information This website is operated by Clay in the Shed, based in the Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We may update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply. 2. Bookings All workshop bookings (public and private) are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in the case of errors, availability issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Payments All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Deposits for private bookings are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. 4. Cancellations Public workshops are generally non-refundable but may be transferable with notice (subject to availability). Private bookings have specific cancellation conditions outlined at the time of booking. No refunds are provided for non-attendance. 5. Workshop Outcomes All pottery is handmade. Results will vary between participants. We do not guarantee final appearance, size, or finish of any piece. Breakage or changes may occur during drying, glazing, and firing processes. 6. Health & Safety Participation in workshops involves hands-on use of tools and materials. All participants must always follow staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively. 7. Privacy We collect personal information only for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes. Your information is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. 8. Liability Participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in workshops or use of this website. 9.
